Rehabilitation Associates is a physician-owned, multi-specialty practice that specializes in revolutionizing patient care within skilled rehabilitation and inpatient rehabilitation facilities.
Our Mission
We are driven by a commitment to significantly improve patient outcomes and the overall well-being of those in our care. By partnering with facilities, we create a unique physiatry consultative service within their establishment that seamlessly collaborates with existing staff and medical directors.
Our Approach
Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
We believe in a collaborative approach involving physiatrists, therapists, nurses, and counselors. Our team works together to ensure comprehensive, integrated strategies for pain management and rehabilitation.

Maximized Reimbursement through PDPM:
Our in-depth understanding of the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) enables us to help facilities maximize reimbursement through proper documentation of functional statuses upon admission and during their initial first 5 days of rehab. We also comb the chart to maximize NTA scores, appropriately placing the patient in their correct tier. This approach has led to an average monthly increase in reimbursement of approximately $38,000 per facility.
